Hi folks.
I’ve just got my hands on a stack of great articles about fat loss/weight loss and management as well as some great training and workout tips. It is the culmination of years of hard work and research by the lifelong bodybuilding guru Tom Venuto. I read the articles myself and they’re amazing, real solid reading.
