New Zealand Rocket Launch Makes History!

The successful launch of New Zealand’s first suborbital rocket has created history today by being the first rocket launched into space by a privately owned company in the southern hemisphere.

Atea-1 made its maiden voyage today after this morning’s delay due to a fuel problem. A small valve needed to be flown across from the mainland and was fitted by engineers before the rocket was refulled for another attempt. The delay was initially hoped to be three hours but this turned into seven and final clearance for countdown was given this afternoon.

Is John Key avoiding Copenhagen because of the truth!

So John Key has declined requests for him to attend the Copenhagen Climate Conference. Perhaps he realises that the entire global warming issue has been nothing more than a scam.
Key is held in high regard by many New Zealanders, and his popularity is set to rise again now he has remained defiant over continued requests for him to attend the conference.
Leaked emails and computer data now circulating around the internet show a collaborative effort between climate scientists has been the main reason for the Global Warming/Climate crisis.
The released data clearly show efforts to include fabricated data in computer simulation programs in an effort to convince the public of false concerns over man-made global warming.
US president Obama is expected to try to salvage the climate conference which is now being called into question from all corners of the globe.

ClimateGate – the Truth is Finally Set Free

So the Global Warming debate has now been blown wide open by the leaking of emails and other digital documents which give evidence of a grand conspiracy to mislead the public about global temperatures.

Climategate has now overtake global warming on google as a search term, and internet blogs are running hot with postings that expose the entire global warming industry for what it is: a revenue earner for scientists and politicians who are prepared to sell that which they truly do not believe in.

We have been given permission to publish the following article from the PrisonPlanet website.

NucEngineer Says:
November 29th, 2009 at 9:48 am

An easy explanation of what ClimateGate means,

ClimateGate emails and computer programs were taken from a main server at the Climate Research Unit of the University of East Anglia. It is not known if this was a theft or the actions of a whistleblower, disgusted with what the lead scientists at CRU were doing.

ClimateGate exposed the cabal of 20 – 30 scientists (not just at CRU) that peer reviewed each others papers, strong-armed scientific journals to only print their views, and then sat on the IPCC panels as authors judging which published studies go into the IPCC final reports. This is why they always keep shouting “peer reviewed studies, peer reviewed studies, peer reviewed studies”. They owned the peer review process.

ClimateGate exposed that this small group has been adding positive corrections to the raw global temperature data, inflating the amount of published temperature rise over the last 50 years. Both CRU in the UK and NASA-GISS in the US add these biases. At CRU, the programmers did not even know what and why some corrections were added every month. Only since satellite monitoring for comparison have the amounts of biasing leveled off.

ClimateGate exposed the leaders of this cabal instructing each other to delete emails, data files, and data analysis programs ahead of already filed Freedom Of Information Act requests for raw data and computer codes, clearly a crime.

ClimateGate exposed the “trick” about the Hockey stick figure and other studies that performed proxy construction of past temperatures. After all, reconstruction of the last 1,000 years of climate is the first step in predicting the future with super computer programs as explained below:

Everything about all 21 super computer programs used by the IPCC to determine future global warming rely on best-determined past sensitivities to solar and volcanic effects (climate forcings) from the proxy temperature record.

1. The elimination of the Medieval Warm Period and the Little Ice Age (the handle of the hockey stick) was necessary so that past solar effects could be minimized, thereby allowing almost all of the warming in the last 75 years to be blamed on Greenhouse Gasses. Raw data (like tree-ring thickness, radioisotope of mud layers in a lake bottom, ice core analyses, etc.) are used as a proxy for reconstruction of the temperature record for 1000 AD to 1960 AD. To ensure desired results, statistical manipulation of the raw data and selecting only supporting data, cherry-picking, was suspected and later proved.

2. The slope of long-term 10-year running average global temperature using thermometers from 1900 to present (the blade of the hockey stick) was maximized with the sloppy gridding code, Urban Heat Island effects, hiding the declines, and even fabricating data (documented in the leaked source code comments revealed with ClimateGate). This ensured that the Greenhouse Gas effect coefficient in all 21 of the super computers was maximized, and that maximizes the temperature result at year 2100 based on Greenhouse Gas increases. This thermometer data was used to replace the tree ring-divergence after 1960 and plot this over the climate history data of (1) above giving the false impression that the reconstructed 1000 AD to 1960 AD results are more accurate than they are.

3. Because tuning of the super computer programs uses back casting, the computer outputs could always replicate the 20th Century (by design); therefore it was assumed that the models had almost everything in them. Because of (1) and (2) above, nearly all climate change predicted by the models was due to CO2 and positive feedbacks and hardly any of the climate change was for other reasons like solar, understood or not.

4. Over the years, when better numbers for volcanic effects, black carbon, aerosols, land use, ocean and atmospheric multi-decadal cycles, etc. became available, it appears that CRU made revisions to refit the back cast, but could hardly understand what the code was doing due to previous correction factor fudging and outright fabricating, as documented in the released code as part of ClimateGate.

5. After the IPCC averages the 21 super computer outputs of future projected warming (anywhere from 2-degrees to 7-degrees, not very precise), that output is used to predict all manner of catastrophes. (Fires, floods, droughts, blizzards, hurricanes, tornadoes, earthquakes, insects, extinctions, diseases, civil wars, cats & dogs sleeping together, etc.)

So shut-up or be called a denier,
live the way we tell you to live,
pay more for everything, and
just send money for my research on the effects of global climate change on horseshoe crabs (which have been around for about 440 million years through all possible temperature ranges).

I hope that this makes the ClimateGate controversy easier to understand.

- end of article.

Blog posts like this abound on the internet now, even as mainstream, corporate owned media spiel out even more desperate pleas to the masses.

Perhaps the most telling fact is that the scientists themselves have not denied writing the emails.

For many of us, the entire global warming argument has seemed an obvious jackup from day one. A great way to sell a bunch of books and hand out Nobel peace prizes to all and sundry.

Now that the truth behind the scam has been exposed we are finally vindicated.

Sometimes conspiracy theories, like any other theories, are right.

New Zealand Rocket Launch Delayed

The launch of New Zealand’s first suborbital rocket has been delayed this morning due to a technical problem.

The Atea-1, due to be launched from Great Mercury Island is to be propelled by a revolutionary type of fuel and jet/rocket motor. The rocket along with its 2kg payload of experimental computer equipment is expected to reach a height of 120km above the earth’s surface, officially 20km into the realm of space.

The launch has been delayed by nitrous oxide causing a coupling to freeze – spilling the vapour and all but putting to and end hopes of a launch today.

Development of the rocket by privately owned aerospace company Rocket Lab, has taken over three years and mainly been funded by private investment, with an injection of funding from the New Zealand government. If successful, the launch will mark the first time a privately owned company has launched a rocket into space from the southern hemisphere.

New Zealand is well known for its clean-green image and the creators of the rocket are keen to promote the idea of using “green” technologies in their work. The Atea-1 has been designed to operate extremely efficiently with a brand new motor and fuel combination that drastically reduces emissions and environmental impacts.

The cutting edge technology will set a new benchmark in rocket propulsion and put New Zealand at the forefront of space development. It is envisaged that once the technology has been proven by the initial launch then it will be emulated in larger rockets. For many, the reduction of environmental impact is seen as a huge boost to the entire space programme which has long been seen as wasteful and a big polluter.

Fonterra to condemn executions?

Human rights groups are demanding that Fonterra and the New Zealand government to condemn the executions in China over the contaminated milk saga.

State sanctioned executions are never good, and sympathy for the familes affected is natural. Maybe the NZ govt and Fonterra should condemn the executions. In my opinion, Fonterra should be taking more responsibility for the whole affair, and the way I see it, Fonterra management have blood on their hands.

Of course, Fonterra are a massive player in the global dairy industry, and are hardly likely to take notice of a solitary blogger, but it WAS known that the dodgy contamination practises were occuring and company anagement could have acted sooner to clamp down on it.

Fonterra is collectively owned by thouands of dairy farmers who each should be ashamed at their own greed which has, directly or indirectly, had some part in the execution of two chinese men.

Condemn corporate greed I say.

Preparing for a Southern Hemisphere Christmas!

As the pressure starts to come from all sides this Christmas, it is important to take a step back and loosen your load, if only for a few days.

I was discussing the subject of Christmas Holidays with a family member who also happens to be a great friend, and it seems a good time to open that discussion up for our readers’ enlightenment.

Here in New Zealand, as in all southern hemisphere countries, christmas arrives in the summer, and is when we have our main holiday season. Schools generally finish up for the year early in December and reopen again at the beginning of February.

Many businesses close-down or run on skeleton-staff for a couple of weeks from a few days before christmas to around the 10th of January or thereabouts. Therefore it can be a tricky time to contact businesses during this time – or at least, you may not get a rapid reply to any queries.

So keep this in mind when dealing with companies in the southern hemisphere. Try to finalise any dealings before 20 Decemberand unless you have made specific arrangements, don’t expect many companies to be replying to most queries until around 10 January. Of course, the A1LifeStore team NEVER takes a break, so your emails will still be answered quickly.

Upcoming Features:

Keep an eye out for our special Christmas recipes over the next week and the reintroduction of our pet section. This section was sadly missed and has taken longer than expected to be revamped but is almost ready to be rolled out so stay tuned.

New Zealand qualify for the World Cup

Ok well the island nation of New Zealand is in raptures today following last night’s football victory over the visiting Bahrain side in the world cup qualifier. It is the first time since 1982 since New Zealand have qualified for the world cup finals series, and only the second time ever. The world cup finals are to be played in 2010 in South Africa.
The win is the latest in a string of victories for New Zealand national football teams, and is the result of an overall strengthening of the game in this country.
The game itself was a hard fought battle – one that saw periods of domination by each team. In both halves the Bahrain side started strong, but the New Zealand defence held solid, and chances on goal for Bahrain were few. New Zealand began to build steady pressure around the 15 minute mark in each half however, culminating in the game’s only goal shortly before the half-time whistle. A far-side corner drew a header from newly-capped Rory Fallon, which saw the ball bullet into the back of the net. Fallon’s father Kevin Fallon, was deputy-coach for the 1982 side which qualified, so the family now has a double-billing in New Zealand’s football history.
Early into the second half of the match, bahrain had their best opportunity at a score by being awarded a penalty. Kiwi goalkeeper Mark Paston had other plans however, and stopped the shot low down, bringing a roar from the crowd and New Zealand supporters watching the game live on television around the world.
Football – generally known as soccer in this part of the world, is traditionally not a strong sport in New Zealand, where rugby is king. New Zealand’s All Blacks are among the world’s top rugby teams and are recognized the world over. Although nowhere near as famous as their rugby counterparts, the New Zealand national football team – the All Whites can count on increasing popularity and recognition over the coming months, both inside New Zealand and globally. As a small but proud nation, New Zealand still has a strong community spirit, which is evident in the way they back their national sports sides in any code, and the All Whites are sure to be strongly supported. Complete underdogs heading into next year’s world cup finals, the New Zealand side is bound to be hugely popular with fans from around the world, and their passion and dedication can only serve to further enhance New Zealand’s growing reputation as one of the world’s most incredible countries – one where guts and commitment are held high: where the underdog is always given a fighting chance, and where the spirit of never giving up runs deep.
Good luck New Zealand.
